About R.W.
R.W. Artworks is the fan-gallery of an otaku who goes online as Rayana Wolfer. I've loved animation since I was a child, but Japanese animation really opened my eyes to how fiction can entertain audiences across all ages with impossible worlds, while sneaking in clever symbolism and intertextual references that give those worlds extra layers of meaning.Most of the fanart I draw is tied to characters I love and comes from that ongoing dynamic I have with fiction. I've also shared this passion through manga workshops, helping organize fan conventions, and joining all sorts of projects, including online fanzines.
